Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Velo Media ("Velo", "the App"), developed and operated by Zierrow ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Velo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

Velo is a media downloader application that allows users to extract and save video and audio content from URLs they provide, and to save WhatsApp Status media stored locally on their device.

Velo acts solely as a technical tool. We do not host, store, own, or claim any rights to the media content accessible through the App. All content is sourced directly from the third-party platform the user links to, or from files already present on the user's own device.

User Responsibility for Content

You are solely and entirely responsible for any content you choose to download, save, or otherwise process using Velo. This includes, without limitation, responsibility for:

Verifying that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to download and use the content in question.
Complying with the copyright laws and intellectual property rights of the content owner, regardless of jurisdiction.
Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g. social media or video platforms) from which content is sourced.
Ensuring your use of downloaded content — including any redistribution, public display, or commercial use — is lawful.

          Velo does not verify, screen, or take any responsibility for the
          legality of content downloaded by users. We do not endorse, and
          take no position on, the legality of downloading content from any
          particular source. The decision to download any piece of content,
          and all consequences arising from that decision, rest entirely with
          you.
        

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to restrict or block access to specific URLs, domains, or platforms at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

By using Velo, you agree that you will not:

Use the App to infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise circumvent the App's security or licensing mechanisms.
Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to abuse, overload, or disrupt our backend servers.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App itself or access to its functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user found to be in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Velo offers an optional paid tier, "Velo Pro," which removes advertisements and may unlock additional features. All subscription purchases are processed and managed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Zierrow does not process, receive, or store any payment card information.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the price and interval shown at purchase, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

Manage or cancel anytime via Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Velo Pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Changes apply to future billing cycles, not the period already paid for.

Intellectual Property

The Velo application itself — including its name, logo, design, source code, and branding — is the property of Zierrow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

We make no claim of ownership over any third-party media content accessed through the App. All such content remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Disclaimers

Velo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any extraction or download will succeed.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of content sourced from third-party platforms, which may change or restrict access at any time without notice to us.
We are not responsible for any third-party platform blocking, rate-limiting, or otherwise restricting your account or access as a result of using Velo.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zierrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to third-party accounts, or legal claims arising from content downloaded using the App.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zierrow, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with that governing law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through an in-app notice.

Your continued use of Velo after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
